私は、デパートメントH,ZIGEN写真ブースにおいて撮影された、私が写っている写真をZIGENが下記の目的と方法で使用することを承諾します。
下記に定める範囲で写真を使用している限り、
肖像権、プライバシー権、パブリシティ権等の一切の権利を行使しない事
撮影した作品の展覧会での展示使用・写真集出版、SNSでの使用等の利用行為に関する許可を与える事、並びに公表・使用・出版等一切の利用行為にかかる写真の選択等その作品 の表現についての異議申し立てを一切行わず、著作権、著作者人格権等の権利の主張あるいは行使その他何らの請求も行わない事に、それぞれ同意します。

1 撮影した写真は、ZIGENが行う展覧会展示、写真集等掲載、広報活動のために
使用し、これ以外の目的には使用いたしません。
2 写真使用に際して貴殿に報酬を求めることはありません。
3写真使用に際して貴殿に報酬を支払うことはありません。
4 写真及び映像等の使用期間はありません。
5写真の使用媒体へは貴殿の求めるハンドルネームなどで掲載をいたします。
6写真集等販売に際しては貴殿には特別価格にて提供いたします。
I hereby consent to ZIGEN using photographs of me taken at the ZIGEN photo booth at Department H for the purposes and in the manner set forth below.
As long as the photographs are used within the scope set forth below,
I will not exercise any rights, including portrait rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
I hereby grant permission for the use of the photographs in exhibitions, photo books, and on social media.
I also agree not to raise any objections regarding the selection of photographs or the expression of the works in connection with any publicity, use, or publication, and to not assert or exercise any rights, including copyright or moral rights.
Notes
1. The photographs taken will be used for ZIGEN's exhibitions, photo books, and public relations activities, and will not be used for any other purposes.
2. You will not be asked for compensation for the use of the photographs.
3. You will not be paid compensation for the use of the photographs.
4. There is no time limit for the use of the photographs and videos.
5. Your photos will be published in any media outlet using your requested username.
6. We will offer you a special price when selling photo books, etc.
